Daniel Hyndman is a registered U.S. patent attorney experienced in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in computer technology, software, and related fields. He has worked with clients to file and prosecute patents in the areas of mobile device software, networking, cloud computing, encryption, graphical user interface software, industrial control software, and others.
Mr. Hyndman has represented clients ranging from large corporations down to solo inventors. His prior work experience as a software engineer enhances his work with in-house counsel and inventors when drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Mr. Hyndman is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL). He is admitted to practice in Missouri and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is the co-author of Cloud Control: Copyright, Global Memes and Privacy, 10 J. on Telecomm. And High Tech. L. 53 (2012).
