Cynthia Dashiell is an experienced patent attorney, focusing on patent preparation, procurement, and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications in a wide variety of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and software fields.
These fields include oil and gas equipment (drilling and production), wireless charging technologies, telecommunications, general and e-commerce business methods, medical implants, surgical tools, material handling systems, HVAC equipment, and health and beauty related products. Ms. Dashiell also helps clients register and maintain their trademarks.
Ms. Dashiell has represented clients ranging from large corporations to solo inventors. Her prior work experience as a safety and manufacturing engineer enhances her work with in-house counsel and inventors when drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Ms. Dashiell is a member of the Texas Bar and serves on the board of the Plano Bar Association. Ms. Dashiell is admitted to practice in Texas, the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
